What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not happy, we'll give you a full refund - no questions asked.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Sri Lanka are delivered in 2-5 business days. International orders take 7-14 days. Free shipping on orders over LKR 15,000.
Are your products cruelty-free?
100% yes. We never test on animals and all our products are Leaping Bunny certified. We also use vegan formulas wherever possible.
What skin types are your products for?
We formulate for all skin types! Each product page lists which skin types it works best for. Not sure? Just ask us!
Do you offer samples?
We include free samples with every order. You can also request specific samples in the order notes and we'll do our best to include them.
